The Diversion Business Unit will be focused on current and immerging issues that have the potential to impact customers; and will ensure that they take proactive steps to advocate on their behalf.

Stakeholders require timely, targeted and relevant information that meets contemporary expectations in terms of the way in which it is shared. The information needs to be relevant to the viewer and easily accessible.

GMW will continue to look at ways to streamline processes to avoid complication, reduce unnecessary delays, and ensure affordability. We will be adaptable to the changing environment, and innovative and flexible in the way we do business to minimise financial impact to customers.

Our Water Resources Strategy supports the strategic outcome of ‘water security and other water values are recognised’.
