Background
Every five years, we are required to submit a Price Submission to the Essential Services Commission (ESC), the independent regulator for the water sector. Our submission sets out the prices we’re proposing to charge, the services we’ll deliver, and how we plan to invest and operate over that period.
Price Submission 2028
This will be our seventh Price Submission and engaging with our customers, community and stakeholders will be critical to its development.
Our engagement is under way and includes development of futures services strategies, input and guidance from our Customer Committees on plans for each of the services we deliver and discussions with local government, Traditional Owners and other key partners and stakeholders.
Key areas we will be seeking feedback and input in the coming months include:
- Service standards
- Outcomes
- Capital expenditure and maintenance
- Billing
- Future projects
