WaterLINE is a responsive online platform that enables GMW customers to:

  • Monitor water usage based on allocation and entitlement
  • Communicate with GMW Water Delivery Consultants
  • View real-time Allocation Account (ABA) balances
  • Schedule and manage water deliveries

The new version is designed to work seamlessly across all devices, replacing the previous WaterLINE app and offering an improved user experience.

How to logon to the Pilot

  1. Log in to WaterLINE using your user number as your username (password remains unchanged).
  2. Test the features by placing irrigation orders, viewing your water usage, and navigating the interface.
  3. Provide feedback through the discussion tool below
  4. Report any issues or suggestions directly through the portal.

Yes, your credentials will remain the same. The only change is your user number will now be called your username when logging in

The new WaterLINE webpage will have a reset password feature that will allow you to perform a password self-reset. To perform a password self-reset your account must have a valid e-mail address setup on the account and you must know your username.

An email with password reset instructions will be sent to your e-mail address.

WaterLINE is web-based, allowing it to function on any internet-enabled device. It has been optimized for mobile use, ensuring smooth performance on your phone, desktop, tablet, or laptop.

Yes, WaterLINE is fully supported on Apple iPhone and iPad.

Yes, WaterLINE is fully supported on Android and Samsung devices.

Once you are successfully logged in to the new WaterLINE, you will see all your existing and past orders. This information is available to the new platform and will be ready for you to pick up and manage them seamlessly.

Goulburn-Murray Water is planning to run the two webpages in parallel for a period to allow customers to migrate to the new webpage the next time you need to place an order or review your water statement. The old webpage will still be available for a short period of time to help the transition.

WaterLINE is web-based which means it can work on any device that has access to the internet. There is no need to download any app or special software. To make it easier to regularly access the platform you can create an app shortcut on your phone. Instructions will be made available via the Goulburn-Murray Water webpage.

Yes, the telephone water ordering system will continue to operate for the foreseeable future. New features that will allow customers to place calls to planners via the new WaterLINE is in development that will allow Goulburn-Murray Water to continue to provide a way for customers to contact our planners when they require assistance.

Closer to the release of the new WaterLINE, support videos and how to guides will be provided to assist customers with how to use the new webpage. A knowledgebase with links on how to perform most functions is available via the menu once you have logged into the new WaterLINE.
